The FeOEX-R series utilizes an innovative hydrochloric acid leaching process to extract raw materials, resulting in reactants with low heavy metal and impurity content. The iron oxide red is produced through a liquid alkali neutralization and medium-temperature calcination process. Unlike the agglomerated pseudo-particles generated by conventional air oxidation methods, this product exhibits high tinting strength and hiding power, thereby reducing pigment consumption in coatings and plastic products while offering economic and environmental benefits. It also demonstrates exceptional thermal stability and color consistency during mechanical shear processes (e.g., grinding).
